Parliamentary Delegates from AIPA Member Countries, Observers and Guests of the Host Arrive in Cambodia To Attend the 43rd ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA-43) 11/20/2022 5:22:14 AM The 43^rd ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA-43), hosted by the parliament of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will proceed from 20^thto 25^thNovember 2022. As of the evening of 20^th November, delegations led by speakers of both lower and upper houses from AIPA member countries, observer countries and guests of the host, along with other partner organizations have arrived in the Kingdom of Cambodia to attend the aforementioned crucial event. On 20 November 20 at 2:00 pm, all AIPA delegates will attend the AIPA Executive Committee Meeting to discuss and approve the Agenda and Programme of Activities of the 43^rdAIPA General Assembly, as well as other related matters. The inaugural ceremony of the 43^rd ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly will be held on the morning of 21^st November 2022 at 9:45 am with the royal message from His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI, King of Cambodia, sent to congratulate the whole gathering, followed by welcoming, keynote and opening addresses to be delivered respectively by Cambodian paramount leaders, namely Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdey SAY CHHUM, President of the Senate, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister, and Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Chakrei HENG SAMRIN, President of the National Assembly and Rotating President of the 43^rd ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly. After the inaugural ceremony, all participating delegates will continue to attend related meetings until the 24 November 2022, the concluding day of the 43^rd AIPA General Assembly in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
